About Hachi

What's up with the name? 

Hachi is derived from the tale of the Japanese dog Hachiko, who became world famous for his undying love towards his guardian Ueno who had adopted him.

What's your story? 

We believe in spreading love and kindness. So in any act that we do either that’s baking yummy granolas or delicious cakes, our team is always smiling and making sure they add their special ingredient of love. We also spread that love across to all our vendor partners.

Granola

What are granola? 

Granola is a mix of nuts, seeds, oats & primarily. They are usually consumed as an anytime snack.

How are your granola unique? What is so different about them? 

Our Granolas are made with only premium quality ingredients. They are not only natural, but also are crunchy and flavorful

How do we need to store them? 

They need to be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. 

When should I consume this / what time of the day is best to consume this?

Well, Granola is an anytime snack and can be consumed in many ways from breakfast to dessert. So, feel free to munch on it whenever you're hungry. You can even carry it as an on-the-go snack.

How much should I consume on a daily basis? 

Granolas are rich in fibre as they contain Nuts, Seeds & Oats. We recommend you consult your nutritionist on what suits you the best. For a general basis 35-40 grams could be consumed. 

Does it have any preservatives? 

We do not add any preservatives in them. 

Are they Gluten Free? 

Yes they are.

Are they Vegan? 

Yes they are.

 

Cakes

How are your cakes different? 

We use virgin cold pressed coconut oil, almond flour, hazelnut flour, ragi flour and organic jaggery that are healthier than other components usually used to bake cakes. And oh! They taste nothing less than your regular cake. 

Are they Vegan? 

We can make Vegan cakes on request.

How many days in advance should I place the order? 

Usually one day prior is good enough.

Do you also cater to Bulk Ordering? 

We do Corporate, Wedding or other celebrations orders as well.

 

What is the shelf life? 

3-4 days for cakes and 8-10 days for brownies.

How do we need to store them? 

They need to be refrigerated.

Delivery & Shipment

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU TAKE TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you are a resident of Mumbai, we have an express delivery & you can receive it within a day via Wefast. Otherwise, a normal courier would charge 2-4 days. 

We keep our client’s needs in mind and can deliver them according to your convenience. 

DOES HACHI DELIVER OUTSIDE MUMBAI? .

Yes, we deliver outside Mumbai. We deliver our products all over India.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship Internationally.

Do you charge for shipping on international orders? 

Yes, we charge for shipping on International orders.

How do I track my order? 

Once the order is shipped, you will be given a tracking ID where you can track your order.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges? 

We don't include duties and import charges as part of the product cost . Most Countries charge duties on imported items depending on the product value at the time of port entry . For example, the United States doesn't have any duty charges for goods less than $500. So every country would have a different import rule. The import duty if applicable would be payable at the time of delivery.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED? 

In case the product is damaged in transit we will ship you another product.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS? 

We accept GooglePay, Paytm. We also accept net banking through NEFT.

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).
